We just can't stress enough how nice this coach is.  It still has an average book of over 37k without any ads and it is WAY ABOVE AVERAGE.   We are selling well below book and it is your chance to own a luxury RV at an

price.  It offers a spacious floorplan whether you are looking for long-term RV living or short vacations with your family.
This Silverback was  was built with the same meticulous standards that Cedar Creek is known for and  has an array of little conveniences like a built in vacuum system and fireplace.  Although it sleeps 4, there is plenty of room for an air mattress for extra guests. We put brand new 14 ply tires on it. This coach does not leak and there is not evidence that it ever has.  The roof ac's are centrally ducted and blow ice cold.  The interior and exterior are very clean and in really nice condition!  What really makes this camper stand out is the cathedral style ceilings and the A frame design on the slides. There is also a really nice electric fireplace. The roof is in excellent condition.
This coach has a lot to offer!
It comes complete with everything to get you started on the road. Storage is everything when you travel and this coach is LOADED with outside basement storage with pass-through as well, and has as an abundance of inside storage. Condition -  We have clear title in hand. There is nothing that needs addressing before an extended road trip that we are aware of. It has been very well cared for. We put brand new 14 ply tires on this.  We do not deliver.  There is a spare, however we are not sure of the condition.
The paint is very shiny on this RV and the interior is very clean as well.  There are no leaks and no evidence that it ever has.
This is a very sharp looking 5th wheel and will make a nice RV for someone for many years to come. The roof is in excellent condition.  We put a brand new electric fireplace below the television in the living room.  When we took some of the interior pictures it was before the fireplace was installed so you may see some of the pictures without it and there was also a large RV parked along side of it so we were not able to show the one living room slide completely out in some of the pictures. We went back and added more pictures showing the slide out and the awning out as well as the fireplace.   We paid a transporter to deliver this to our facility so we are not able to move it around.
This is a very well built, solid  fifth wheel.
The systems are in great working order.  The large electric awning is in really nice shape.  You will not be disappointed! It is a 2013 so we do not claim that there are no imperfections, but
