Charles Conybeare English Politician MP Portrait Tea Set Cornwall Victorian Pink

Offered for sale are these interesting English Historical Victorian souvenir tea set pieces, a cup, a teapot, and a creamer jug. The portrait is of the English politician Charles Augustus Vansittart Conybeare, who was the MP for Camborne in Cornwall. The finish is a pink lustre type and is trimmed with gold. I think these pieces were made in Germany rather than England and date from the late 19th century. Please excuse the reflections in the pictures.
The teapot is approximately 6.75 inches long from handle to spout. The cup is just over 2.75 inches tall. The jug is just under 3.5 inches tall.
There is a manufacturing flaw on the underside of the lid, and a faint spider crack on the inside of the cup - the tip of the pen is pointing to these. Please see the close up pictures.
