Warranty

If the board which has quality problems is unused and not affecting the
secondary sales
,you can return it to our service center in U.S. and get refund within 30 days from the date you receive it.
However, you have to pay for the re-stocking fee which is and bear the shipping fee. Our engineer will check with the board first and if there is the man-made damaged or misuse situation, we will not refund you.
2.We provide you 6 months free maintenance, the wear parts are not included(eg: PU wheels, grip, motor, etc). We will no longer provide the free service once the board has been repaired or changed by yourself.Besides, if the board need to send back for repairing, you need to afford the round trip shipping fee. If the parts need to be replaced, you also should afford the part fee.
3.If you met any problems exceeding 6 months, we can provide you a paid maintenance service.
