This is a rare find. By all accounts, it looks like it has never been ridden, or if at all, then mildly for a moment on a smooth surface.
The condition of these wheels made by Creative Urethanes makes this a very valuable addition to any
collection
. See the history below.
Some white scuffs are visible on the top deck, but this is probably from storage.
Made in Jacksonville, Florida, home of Kona skatepark, the Pro Line was the first skateboard used by many 70s skaters including Alan Gelfand and Chris Baucom. It was made around 1973/1974 and produced for some time afterwards.
Creative Urethanes in Virginia, the same company that made Roller Sports wheels also made Cadillac wheels. The Cadillac wheel was the first wheel manufactured and marketed for skateboarding (1973), but Roller Sports was already producing urethane wheels for roller skates at that time. (Read

by Craig B. Snyder for more on that.) After Cadillacs became popular with skateboarders in 1973, Roller
Sports followed suit and began producing their own line of skateboard wheels through Creative Urethane.
