An invitation and menu from an August 4, 1976 dinner held by Finnish President Dr. Urho Kekkonen (1900-1986) at the Madison Hotel in Washington D.C. The invitation is addressed to American diplo
mat Philip Habib (1920-1992), then Under Secretary of State for Political Affairs, and his wife. There is a small stain on the menu.
