    Description

12-3/4" overall,8-1/4" Double edge spear point blade. The engraving on this is pretty weak and very difficult to get a photo of but it is readable especially with a glass.  The wording reads "New House Of Parliament". Underneath that is an image of the building. This is commemorating the New House of Parliament In England that I believe was opened in Nov. 1852. The blade has quite a bit of age discoloration and a few spots of light pitting but isn't nearly as bad as the close up photos appear. Never been sharpened. The handle and blade are made from one piece steel. Looks like something has been glued in the handle at one time. I have no idea what. Original sheath is a little rough but intact except for missing the button. Overall it is in pretty good condition. A very, very Rare piece that belongs in a museum. If anyone is interested in this rare piece of history don't be afraid to make me an offer.
