This setup is professional level quality.  Our pro setups are one-of-a-kind builds, and are all individually unique.  You'll never find another like this.  Assembled with top of the line gear and meticulous detail.

7 Layer Dip Treatment
. This one, specifically, has
Independent Truck Company Stage 149 Mid Trucks with an Integrated Santa Cruz
design.  Our treatment includes the following:
Why do we call it the 7 Layer Dip? Because they look delicious. That and because the finished product consists of seven bonded layers of epoxy and high density lacquers.  The end product has been skater-tested and approved!
Starts with new raw truck set being media-blasted or sanded to round off any rough / sharp edges overall, especially in the bushing ring on the hanger.
Make sure the hangers are balanced.
Polish the axles.
Remove any flash rusting from the manufacturing process.  This frequently happens with the hollow sets in the axle.
Apply the seven layers of epoxy and lacquers.
The advantages:
No break in time.  Manufacturers' extra finishes and paints seem "sticky" sometimes.  These layers are rock hard and super slick.  This was a noticeable commonality in the opinions of the skaters that have abused them.  And since imperfections have been softened out, bushings last longer and feel smooth off the bat.
Better return to zero, even with standard bushings. (If your bushings are uniform.)
Like an automobile, you can buff and polish them.  Of course the finish is not adamantium. A street skater should expect the finish to grind away when grinding concrete or hard metal.  However it will feel slick on PVC coping, and last a lot longer.  If you're a cruiser, the finish could last indefinitely - you can buff out small nicks and scratches.  But park and street skaters should expect the normal damage that naturally is going to happen.  The finish, however will not shatter or chipping off outside of direct impact areas.
No significant weight increase.  Unless you are a Jedi level skater and can ollie two separate identical builds and point at one and say something like "The Force tells me this one is, like, 2 grams heavier than the other one."
Some of these finishes can have really drastic color shifting and holographic properties.  We have fun mixing this stuff up.
These completes are built to make the owner feel conflicted - stuck between not wanting to scar up a work of art, and the need to have to roll on the perfect skating machine.  We are equally satisfied when the owner goes either way.  Though, I must admit, I kind of like it when I know something that we made and looks beautiful gets all scarred up and abused!  Because, after all, these are built to grind, and grind well!

If you want bushings or wheels swapped out before shipment, we are happy to oblige.  This is, of course, limited to our available stock.  There may also be a price adjustment if you want something substantially more expensive.  We can usually set you up with what you need, just be sure to leave a note with your order.  We understand that you may want soft bushings instead of hard, or softer or harder wheels. Returns & Exchanges:
We take our customer satisfaction seriously!  You have 30 days to return your item if it has remained unused and in it's original packaging with the accessory pack that came with that particular board, if one was included.  The wheels can have no marks and grip tape should be unmarked.  The rule of thumb on skateboard completes is if the wheels touch the ground, it's been used. Decks must still be in their original shrink wrap and not grip taped, unless it was manufactured with it. Manufacturer defects are, of course, always covered in our return policy!
Packaging & Shipping:
We always ship our orders within 1 business day.  All of our boards are packaged in new skateboard or deck-specific shipping boxes.  We are rather obsessive with our package techniques, so you get your gear just like it is in the photos!  We specialize in a lot of limited edition stuff, and higher end customs, so we pay extra attention in this department.  When free shipping is offered, we may ship US Postal Service or UPS - depending on the rates at the time.  Usually, areas west of the Mississippi River gets UPS Ground.
